Oceanic Marketing

Your marketing department, agent-operated.

Oceanic Marketing runs CRM, campaigns, analytics and optimisation with agents working inside your own platforms. Authority stays with you: every action leaves a trace, has a limit and passes through your approval.

The thesis

A department is not a tool. It is work somebody has to do.

Buying more software does not reduce the work: it spreads it across more tabs. An agent-operated department changes who executes, not how many licences you pay for.

Traditional department

  • People coordinating tools that do not talk to each other
  • Work advances during office hours
  • Context lives in people’s heads and email threads
  • Every report is requested, awaited and arrives late
  • Optimising costs time, so little of it happens

Agent-operated department

  • Agents executing inside your current platforms
  • Work advances continuously
  • Context persists in the system and can be audited
  • The report exists before you ask for it
  • Optimising is the default state, not a project

How it works

Wake learns your operation, proposes, executes and stops where you decide.

Wake is the agent that retains context across departments: it configures capabilities, proposes or performs actions, and asks for human intervention when it reaches its authority limits.

  1. 01

    Onboarding

Wake connects to your platforms and reconstructs how your marketing works today: live campaigns, pipeline, tagging and data sources.

  2. 02

    Configuration

You define what each agent can do and how far it goes. Authority limits are explicit, not a sales promise.

  3. 03

    Execution

Agents work continuously. Every action is recorded with its reason, its result and its cost.

  4. 04

    Human approval

On reaching its authority limit the system stops and asks you to decide. Nothing that matters happens behind your back.

Areas of operation

Eight functions of a marketing department, operated end to end.

Paid Media

Google Ads and Meta Ads, managed continuously

Search, Demand Gen and Performance Max on Google; campaigns and ad sets on Meta. Agents review search terms, budget, bids and creative within the limits you set, and escalate to a human decision when a change exceeds your threshold.

Marketing Analytics

Analytics for the whole department

Performance by channel, cost per pipeline stage and real contribution to revenue. The report maintains itself and explains what changed, why, and what was done about it.

CRM

Lead and pipeline management

Capture, qualification, enrichment and follow-up of prospects, with pipeline status always current.

Email Marketing

Automated campaigns

Sequences, segmentation and cadence run by agents, with deliverability and frequency under control.

Web Analytics

Tagging and measurement

Tagging implementation, platform configuration and report interpretation that feeds the CRO agent.

SEO & GEO

Search engines and language models

Technical and content optimisation for traditional search and for generative engines, where being cited matters more than ranking.

CRO

A/B and multivariate testing

Hypotheses drawn from analytics data, test execution and decisions on statistical grounds, not intuition.

Web Development

Web and apps

Websites and mobile apps optimised for UX, performance and conversion.

The system in view

We do not sell trust. We show the trace.

Every action by every agent is recorded: what it did, why, what authority it had and what it cost. When a decision exceeds that limit, the system stops and asks you.

Proof

Oceanic operates Oceanic.

Our first client is ourselves. Oceanic’s marketing is run by the same agents we sell, with the same authority limits and the same trace you would see.

Manufacturers, not consultants

We do not deliver slides with recommendations. We deliver a department that executes, with a record of what it did and what it cost.

When something does not work, the trace says exactly where and why. That is the difference between an opinion and a system.

How we prove what we say

We run our own marketing on the product, we open up the process step by step when a client asks, and we show the system working: traces, limits, permissions and cost.

We do not publish a metric until it exists and has been measured. If you do not see a percentage here, that is deliberate.

Questions

What people ask us before signing.

Can agents spend my budget without permission?
No. Every agent has explicit authority limits that you define during configuration. Any action beyond them stops and waits for your decision. The limit is not a recommendation: it is a system constraint.
Do I have to change tools?
No. Agents operate inside the accounts you already use — HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4 and the rest — with the permissions you grant. There is no data migration and no new platform to learn.
Does this replace my marketing team?
It replaces repetitive execution work. Strategy, brand judgement and decisions beyond the authority limits stay with people. In practice, your team moves from operating tools to deciding on proposals.
What happens if an agent gets it wrong?
Every action is recorded with its reason, its result and its cost, so the error is traceable and reversible. Higher-impact actions sit outside automatic authority precisely for that reason.
Where does my data stay?
In your platforms. Oceanic accesses them with the permissions you grant and you can revoke them at any time. The processing of data you send us through this website is described in the Privacy Policy.
How long does setup take?
Onboarding with Wake starts on day one by connecting platforms and reconstructing your current operation. Time to the first operated cycle depends on the state of your tagging and your accounts.
